3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Processing resumes for legitimate recruitment purposes
• Extracting candidate information for hiring decisions
• Managing your recruitment workflow

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Share or resell your account access
• Scrape or automate access beyond normal use
• Process personal data without proper consent and legal basis

5. Credits and Billing

5.1 Credits System

• Resume processing requires credits
• New accounts receive free trial credits as specified
• Credits can be purchased as one-time top-ups or through subscription plans

5.2 Payments

• All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased

5.3 Refund Policy

• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period
• Unused credits may be retained according to their expiration policy
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Data Processing

• You retain ownership of all data you upload
• We process data solely to provide the Service
• We implement security measures to protect your data

6.2 Data Retention

• Processed resume data is stored according to your account settings
• You can delete data at any time

• We act as a data processor; you are the data controller

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Ownership

• Laravel and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
• The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws

7.2 Your Content

• You retain all rights to the content you upload
• You grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the Service
• You represent that you have the right to upload and process all content

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

8.2 Support

• Support is provided via email during business hours
• Premium support may be available for enterprise plans

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-extracted information
• You are responsible for verifying all extracted data

9.2 Damages

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

10.2 Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for:
  • Violation of these terms
  • Non-payment
  • Illegal activity
  • Extended inactivity

11. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these terms at any time
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes
• Material changes will be communicated via email

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia
• Disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts
